Learning to save money... Tough thing. Do I save the money? Pay back debts? Saving to buy a new computer and a car while trying to pay back owed money is rough. 

Time to start the 52 week money challenge and pay back my debtors. 

an ode to my wet brush.

I never knew such a brush could exist. It brushes through my wet hair without tearing out massive clumps, even though my hair has regularly been coming to pieces ever since I bleached some of it blonde. It brushes my hair, you guys. And it doesn't even look like anything special. And its advertisements sound like a gimmick. But it's so much more. 

It even has a pretty pattern. Just in case you were unaware of my love for just about anything chevron.

Halloween time!

So I have a history here in Florida of having pretty good costumes for Halloween. Last year. I went as a peacock and wore a tulle skirt I made with false feathered eyelashes and a feather headband. It was good fun!

This year, I went the scarier route, and went as a voodoo doll. I wasn't as into my actual costume, though I suppose it was okay. I really liked my makeup the most. 

Next year, I am banking on being a skinny bitch. I still want to be creative, but I also want to show off my hopefully hot bod by then. My thoughts so far:

Burlesque dancer

Circus ringmaster

Fox

Not so creative this time. So far. Let's see as the year progresses how that changes.

Instead of sleeping...

... I'm writing this blog post. 

A short one though. I took my meds and now am about to pass out. 

I am on my fifth week I think of weight watchers and have had mostly successes since starting! Down 11.2 lbs, and trying to remind myself that even though I can't see a difference at all yet, I lost about half of my dog in body weight. Must count for something. 

I'm trying to make a resolution! Eat better, work out more, and make sure to track this week. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and NYE will be tough, but a couple of extra workouts might just keep the beast at bay!

Current goals:

Be able to wear cute leather boots (legs are currently too wide)

Leggings as pants with a tunic top. 

Run?

Shopping anywhere I like. 

More self confidence. 

Tata for now, gotta go to bed so I can struggle through another day of work.

Apparently I am unable to make choices for myself. Like if I should sell a table or not. It's becoming a problem.

When does my wanting to hear opinions about what I should do turn into my mom bossing me around everywhere? Because that's what has happened and it is driving me bonkers. She is unable to make clear why I should not sell this fucking table, and just repeats the same point over and over: "You're not going to get what you paid!" I KNOW THAT, THANKS.

bzz bzz! schick hydro silk razor review

So here is the deal, folks! I am a Bzz Agent, which means that I get products to try and review for free, and you all get the benefit of the review and maybe some coupons if you are lucky ;).

I recently received the Schick Hydro Silk Razor to try. I loved the handle design (very good grip, rubberized, does not slip!), and I liked the razor head, The razor itself was really wide, which for me meant fewer strokes, especially since there were 5 razor blades. The hydrating band around the razor head was really nice while shaving, though it didn't keep my legs nice and soft, I still needed lotion afterward. I definitely recommend this razor!
